How can I help you? I work with different kind of technics, it depends always on your type of problem that you aim to solve. We go together on the path, building up the sessions based on your own speed and acceptance. I use the universal energy around us to heal, and to help you to heal yourself.

Discover your stage of consciousness

Before we start....we will discover your problem, your state to the problem and we build a plan how to overcome of your difficulties. There will be Healing with energy, guided meditation, but its very important to start easy, and go step by step.

Sessions

Sessions will take 45-60 min., usually we do maximum one session per week, because each time you will need some time to process the outcome of the meeting.

During the session you will work, you will work HARD. My responsibility is to guide you through the way and help you understand the relations, but at the end you will solve, you will release your inner demons, and it's going to be great!

Homework

We will not stop here....as mentioned before, the work you have done has to be processed, so when you go home, you will need to spend some time to think and analyze what happened. Of course I will provide some exercise, that helps you in this.

Continuity

Once you started the work, and realize some improvement, please don't stop. We carry our weights too long time, it will take also time to release them......
